These terms govern the AIQ Coaching subscription service offered by ABIQ Limited. Please read them before purchasing.

These terms and conditions ("Terms") form a legally binding agreement between you ("the Client") and ABIQ Limited, trading as Airbase IQ ("we", "us", "our"), a company registered in England and Wales.
By purchasing an AIQ Coaching subscription, you confirm that you are doing so in a business capacity — as a sole trader, director, partner, or authorised representative of a business. These Terms apply to business-to-business contracts only and do not constitute a consumer contract.

AIQ Coaching is a one-to-one online coaching subscription. Sessions are conducted via video call, last fifteen minutes, and focus on the practical application of AI in your business.
The subscription gives you access to sessions for a period of twelve months from the date of purchase ("the Subscription Period"). Sessions are delivered by Phil Slorick.
The programme is adaptive by design. Sessions are not delivered in a fixed sequence. The content of each session is guided by your current needs, projects, and questions, informed by Phil's assessment of your readiness and progress.
Your subscription gives you access to sessions throughout the Subscription Period, subject to availability and the conditions set out in this section. There is no fixed limit on the number of sessions you may book, provided you are making reasonable and genuine use of the programme.
We reserve the right to apply fair use limits if, in our reasonable opinion, session booking patterns are excessive or inconsistent with genuine engagement with the programme. We will notify you if this applies.
A core principle of AIQ Coaching is that progress is made between sessions, not only during them. At the end of each session, you will be given a specific piece of homework — a task, exercise, or reflection directly relevant to the work covered.
You may not book a subsequent session until you have completed and submitted your homework from the previous session. This is not a formality — it is the mechanism through which the programme delivers results.
Homework is submitted via the method agreed at the start of your subscription (typically by email or a shared document). Phil will confirm receipt before your next session is made available to book.
Sessions are subject to Phil's availability. We aim to offer reasonable availability throughout the Subscription Period, but we cannot guarantee specific dates or response times for booking requests.
We will publish available dates via the booking system. If you have difficulty securing a session within a reasonable timeframe, please contact us at hello@airbaseiq.com.
If you need to cancel or reschedule a booked session, please give at least 24 hours' notice. Sessions cancelled with less than 24 hours' notice, or where you fail to attend without notice ("no-shows"), will be counted as having taken place for the purpose of the homework requirement — meaning you will need to complete any associated homework before booking again.
We reserve the right to cancel or reschedule a session with reasonable notice. Where we cancel, we will offer an alternative date at no additional cost.
The subscription fee is £995 (plus VAT where applicable) for a twelve-month Subscription Period, payable in full at the time of purchase.
Payment is processed securely via our payment provider. We do not store card details.
The subscription does not auto-renew. If you wish to continue beyond the initial Subscription Period, you will need to purchase a new subscription at the then-current price.
We offer a 30-day money-back guarantee. If you decide AIQ Coaching is not right for you, you may request a full refund within 30 days of your purchase date, provided that:
Both conditions must be met. Refund requests that do not meet these conditions will not be eligible under the guarantee.
To request a refund under this guarantee, email hello@airbaseiq.com within 30 days of your purchase date. Refunds will be processed within 10 business days to the original payment method.
After 30 days from the date of purchase, the subscription fee is non-refundable, including in cases where you choose to cancel your subscription, cease using the service, or do not complete the programme.
Unused sessions do not carry any monetary value and cannot be refunded or transferred.
You may cancel your subscription at any time by notifying us in writing at hello@airbaseiq.com. Cancellation takes effect from the date we acknowledge your request.
Cancellation does not entitle you to a refund except as set out in section 5.1 above. Access to the service will cease on the date of cancellation.
We reserve the right to suspend or cancel your subscription if you are in breach of these Terms, including persistent failure to complete homework, abusive conduct, or misuse of the service. In such cases, no refund will be issued.
To get value from AIQ Coaching, and as a condition of your subscription, you agree to:
All materials, frameworks, exercises, and content provided as part of AIQ Coaching — including session notes, homework tasks, and reference materials — are the intellectual property of ABIQ Limited.
You may use materials for the purposes of your own business. You may not reproduce, distribute, resell, or share them with third parties without our prior written consent.
We treat the content of your sessions as confidential. Information you share about your business will not be disclosed to third parties without your consent, except where required by law.
AIQ Coaching does not constitute legal, financial, regulatory, or professional advice. Recommendations made during sessions are coaching input, not professional advice in the regulated sense. You remain responsible for decisions made in your business.
To the fullest extent permitted by law, ABIQ Limited's liability to you in connection with the AIQ Coaching service is limited to the subscription fee paid by you in the relevant Subscription Period.
We are not liable for any indirect, consequential, or loss-of-profit claims arising from your use of or inability to use the service.
Nothing in these Terms limits liability for fraud, death or personal injury caused by negligence, or any other liability that cannot be excluded by law.
We may update these Terms from time to time. Where changes are material, we will notify you by email with reasonable notice before they take effect. Continued use of the service after that date constitutes acceptance of the updated Terms.
Changes will not affect the terms under which an existing Subscription Period was purchased.
These Terms are governed by the laws of England and Wales. Any disputes arising from them are subject to the exclusive jurisdiction of the courts of England and Wales.
